Refund policy

Items maybe returned for as long as it satisfies the following conditions:

  • The shoes are in the original packaging
  • The shoes are returned unworn and with no signs of wear/damage.
  • The item(s) are returned within 14 days
  • The item was full price and not on sale

Refunds are processed through Shopify. Once your refund is processed you will receive an email letting you know it has gone through. Postage costs are not refunded.

Please note once we process the refund it is out of our hands and the processing time for the money to refund to your bank account is dependent on your individual bank.

No returns on sale items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
